Return window

You can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you want to request a return.

Return condition

Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging where possible. Beauty devices and grooming products must be returned unused for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the case quickly.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank and payment provider timing may vary.
