SOHOGLOW is an online store offering beauty, hair, grooming, skincare, nail and personal-care devices and accessories for customers in the United Kingdom.
Our products may be fulfilled through international fulfilment partners, suppliers or overseas warehouses.
SOHOGLOW is an online retailer. We are not a beauty clinic, medical provider, dermatology clinic, salon, healthcare provider or professional treatment provider.

We do not store full card details. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Our standard processing time is usually 2–5 business days.
After dispatch, estimated UK delivery is usually 7–15 business days, but delivery may take longer due to international fulfilment, overseas warehouses, supplier delays, customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, high demand or circumstances outside our control.
Some orders may be shipped directly from overseas warehouses or international fulfilment partners.
Tracking may take several business days to update after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
SOHOGLOW is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
11. International Fulfilment & Overseas Warehouses
SOHOGLOW works with international suppliers, fulfilment partners and overseas warehouses.
By placing an order, you understand and agree that:
- your order may be fulfilled from outside the United Kingdom;
- tracking may update slowly during international transit;
- products may be shipped separately;
- customs or courier processing may cause delays;
- returns may need to be sent to an authorised overseas return warehouse.
This fulfilment model allows us to offer a wider range of beauty and personal-care devices to UK customers.
12. Customs, Duties & Import Charges
Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, courier handling fees or other charges may apply depending on the product, order value, shipment route or customs decision.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes, courier handling fees or related charges are the customer’s responsibility.
SOHOGLOW is not responsible for customs delays, customs decisions, import restrictions or additional charges applied by customs authorities or couriers.
13. Order Changes & Cancellations

If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our Returns & Refund Policy after delivery.
14. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, unwanted items, incorrect product choice or returns not caused by an error from SOHOGLOW, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Some returns may need to be sent to an authorised overseas return warehouse at the customer’s cost and responsibility.
Returned items must be received, inspected and approved before any refund, partial refund, exchange, store credit or gift card is issued.
Receiving a returned item does not automatically mean a refund has been approved.
We may refuse a return or reduce the refund if the item:
- has been opened where hygiene seals apply;
- has been used or tested;
- is missing parts, accessories, manuals or packaging;
- is damaged;
- shows signs of wear, hair, skin residue, cosmetic residue, water damage or misuse;
- was returned late;
- was returned without approval;
- was returned to the wrong address.
Where required by UK consumer law, refunds will be made to the original payment method. For voluntary returns outside statutory rights, or where an item does not fully meet our return conditions, we may offer store credit, a gift card, exchange or partial refund at our discretion.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
15. Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Because we sell beauty, grooming and personal-care devices, many products are hygiene-sensitive.
For health and hygiene reasons, items that come into direct contact with the skin, hair, nails, mouth, face or body may not be returnable once opened, used, tested or unsealed, unless faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.
This may include:
- hair removal devices;
- IPL-style devices;
- shavers and trimmers;
- grooming devices;
- facial cleansing devices;
- facial skincare devices;
- pore vacuums and blackhead tools;
- nail tools and manicure/pedicure devices;
- oral-care or smile-care devices;
- products that come into contact with the body.
UK distance-selling rules allow exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
16. UK Cancellation Rights
For most online purchases, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us of cancellation, customers then have 14 days to return the goods. GOV.UK states that customers do not need to give a reason for cancelling within the cancellation period.
This cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been opened or unsealed after delivery, unless faulty.
If you cancel your full order within the legal cancellation period and the item is eligible for return, we will refund the product price and our standard delivery charge where required by law.
Any upgraded, priority, express or premium shipping fees are non-refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law.
17. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We may request additional evidence to assess the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights. This may include a replacement, refund, partial refund or store credit depending on the circumstances.
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, accidental damage, water damage, failure to follow instructions, cosmetic wear or normal wear and tear is not considered a product fault.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality; where goods do not meet those standards, consumers may have remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
18. Refused Deliveries, Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is refused, not collected, returned due to an incorrect address, or returned because the customer failed to complete delivery, collection, customs or courier requirements, any refund may be reduced by:
- original shipping costs;
- return shipping costs;
- customs fees;
- courier handling fees;
- restocking or processing costs;
- charges incurred by SOHOGLOW, our suppliers or fulfilment partners.
If the parcel is not returned to us, our supplier or our fulfilment partner, no refund will be issued.

- on irritated, broken, infected or sensitive skin unless the product instructions confirm it is safe;

SOHOGLOW is not responsible for injury, irritation, damage or loss caused by misuse, incorrect use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised modification or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended.

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, messages or other content to SOHOGLOW, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, publish, edit, display and share that content for marketing, advertising, website, email, social media and promotional purposes.
