Thank you for shopping with SOHOGLOW. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order with SOHOGLOW, you agree to the shipping terms below.
1. Where We Ship
SOHOGLOW currently ships to customers across the United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not guarantee delivery to PO boxes, parcel lockers, military addresses or remote locations where courier access may be limited.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed before they are shipped.
Our standard order processing time is usually:
2–5 business days
During busy periods, product launches, sales, holidays, supplier delays or high-demand periods, processing may take longer.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery time is usually:
7–15 business days
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to international fulfilment, customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, high order volumes, weather disruption or other circumstances outside our control.
Please allow up to:
20 business days after dispatch
before contacting us about a delayed order.
4. International Fulfilment
SOHOGLOW works with international fulfilment partners and overseas warehouses.
This means your order may be shipped from an overseas warehouse, depending on product availability and fulfilment location.
Some orders may be shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners to your delivery address in the United Kingdom.
Because of this, tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after dispatch.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking may not update at every stage of transit, especially while the parcel is moving between international fulfilment centres, customs facilities or local courier networks.
6. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
This can happen when products are fulfilled from different warehouses or fulfilment partners.
If your items arrive separately, you will not be charged additional shipping fees.
7. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

high order volume;

public holidays;

weather disruption;

remote delivery locations;

events outside our control.
SOHOGLOW is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, incorrect delivery details or circumstances outside our control.
However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@sohoglow.co.uk and we will help investigate the shipment.
8. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery information at checkout.
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
SOHOGLOW is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect, incomplete or misspelled delivery information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at support@sohoglow.co.uk.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed, packed or shipped.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, the customer may be required to contact the courier, rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from a local collection point.
If a parcel is returned, refused, unclaimed or undeliverable due to customer action or inaction, any refund may be reduced by shipping fees, return costs, handling fees, customs fees or charges incurred by SOHOGLOW or our fulfilment partners.
If the parcel is not returned to us or our fulfilment partner, no refund will be issued.
10. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check:

safe places around your property;

neighbours or household members;

your local delivery office or courier collection point.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us at support@sohoglow.co.uk.
SOHOGLOW is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier, but we will assist where possible in helping you contact the courier or investigate the issue.
11. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders may be fulfilled through overseas warehouses or international fulfilment partners.
For most UK customer orders, applicable taxes and shipping fees shown at checkout are calculated before purchase where possible.
However, customs duties, import taxes, courier handling fees or other charges may apply in certain cases depending on the product, shipment value, courier process or customs decision.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, courier handling fees or related charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
SOHOGLOW is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border processing.
12. Order Cancellations Before Shipment
Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@sohoglow.co.uk.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed, packed, fulfilled or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our Returns & Refund Policy after delivery.
13. Pre-Orders or High-Demand Items
Some products may be listed as pre-order, limited stock or high-demand items.
If an item has a longer estimated delivery time, this will be shown on the product page or communicated after purchase where applicable.
By placing an order for a pre-order or high-demand item, you agree to the stated estimated delivery timeframe.
